Influencer Manager

Book My Kitty is looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to oversee and expand our influencer collaborations. As the ideal candidate, you should possess a profound understanding of social media trends, influencer partnerships, and brand promotion strategies. Your role will involve identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with influencers to elevate our brand presence and boost engagement. Your key responsibilities will include having pre-existing connections with influencers from all categories, devising and implementing influencer marketing strategies across various social media platforms, identifying and onboarding relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with influencers to enhance brand awareness and user engagement, negotiating contracts and deliverables for maximum ROI, coordinating influencer campaigns, monitoring campaign effectiveness through KPIs, collaborating with marketing and content teams, and staying updated on influencer marketing trends and social media algorithms. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing influencer meetups, collaborations, and promotional events. The qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing. You should have a solid understanding of popular social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, knowledge of performance metrics and data-driven marketing, the ability to handle multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously, and a passion for social media trends and influencer collaborations.
