Influencer Manager

You are looking for an experienced and dynamic Influencer Manager to join the political strategy team in Pune. Your role will involve developing and executing influencer strategies aligned with political campaign goals and narratives. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding influencers who resonate with the political vision and public image of the party/candidate. Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and digital voices will be crucial. Additionally, you will oversee campaign execution, monitor influencer performance and engagement metrics, and collaborate with other teams to ensure message consistency. It is essential to stay updated on political trends, social sentiment, and digital culture shifts. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the political, digital agency, or advocacy sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are necessary. A deep understanding of current digital platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, Moj, Sharechat, etc., is required. A passion for political content, public influence, and digital storytelling is highly valued. The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment is essential.
