Job Title: Industrial Trainee – Finance & Accounts

Duration: 12 Months (extendable as per ICAI guidelines, if applicable)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Trainee to join our Finance team. The candidate will gain hands-on exposure across multiple finance functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Statutory Compliance. This role offers an excellent learning opportunity for candidates pursuing their CA articleship/industrial training who wish to build a strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable (AP):

• Assist in day-to-day accounting of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Perform periodic vendor reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
• Support the team in monthly accruals and expense booking.

2. Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Assist in month-end closure activities including revenue reconciliations and provisioning.
• Support customer reconciliations and monitor collection status.
• Help in preparing MIS reports for AR aging and outstanding analysis.

3. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Work closely with the FP&A team in preparing monthly management reports, variance analysis, and budget vs. actual reports.
• Assist in data collation for forecasting and business performance analysis.
• Support the preparation of key financial presentations and dashboards.

4. Statutory & Monthly Compliances:

• Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns and related reconciliations (GSTR-1, 3B, 2B matching).
• Support TDS workings and reconciliations for monthly compliance.
• Help in compiling data for audits (statutory, internal, tax).

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Pursuing CA (Industrial Training).
• Strong accounting fundamentals and basic understanding of financial statements.
• Working knowledge of Excel and ERP systems Tally .
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Key Learning Outcomes:

• Practical exposure to end-to-end accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Understanding of working capital management and financial controls.
• Experience in corporate compliance (GST, TDS, and audit support).
• Hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in finance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
