Business Development Executive or Growth Associate

Work Mode: 70% Office-based, 30% Field Visits
Work Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role:

We are looking for a disciplined, mature, and self-driven professional to lead the growth and operations for RED TACT Academy for Clinical Training in Chennai. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire student and client engagement journey — from the first discussion to registration and collections.

The role involves building strong relationships with hospitals, colleges, and participants, explaining our clinical training programs, and driving enrolments and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective participants and clients to explain training programs and course benefits.
• Manage the end-to-end admission process including inquiries, follow-ups, registration, and fee collection.
• Plan and execute visits to hospitals, colleges, and partner institutions within Chennai to promote courses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners and stakeholders.
• Handle daily office operations, coordination, and administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and collections.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and discipline in all aspects of work.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably with experience in sales, counselling, or administration).
• Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, discipline, and accountability.
• Comfortable with daily phone interactions and meeting new people regularly.
• Willing to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
• Prior experience in education, training, or healthcare institutions will be an added advantage.
