Industrial Trainee

The CA Industrial Trainee will work under the guidance of the finance and accounting team to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate finance, accounting, and compliance. This position provides exposure to real-world business operations and helps trainees develop practical skills aligned with ICAI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting:

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support in consolidation of accounts and variance analysis.

• Accounting & Compliance:

• Ensure accurate posting of journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist in statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other tax filings.

• Audit Support:

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Prepare audit schedules and documentation.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Help in preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze actual vs. budget variances.

• Management Reporting:

• Prepare MIS reports/page 0 for senior management.
• Support in financial analysis for decision-making.

• Process Improvement:

• Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements.
• Participate in automation and digitization initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Cleared

  CA Intermediate

  and eligible for industrial training as per ICAI norms.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
