JOb role : QHSE & Factory Administration - Manager Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive QHSE & Admin Manager to lead the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental functions in our metal fabrication facility in Vadodara. The successful candidate will ensure that all fabrication processesfrom cutting and welding to assembly and finishingadhere to the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance. This role is key to minimizing risk, ensuring product integrity, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. MAIN MISSION • Quality Management: a. Develop, implement, and maintain a robust ISO 9001-compliant quality management system tailored to metal fabrication processes. b. Monitor fabrication quality standards including compliance to welding procedures, dimensional tolerances, and finishing specifications. c. Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformances, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. d. Oversee calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment. • Health & Safety: a. Promote sustainability initiatives, including scrap metal recycling and energy efficiency. • Compliance and Administration: a. Incorporate and maintain internal controls of the organization as a part of internal procedures. b. Monitor and verify implementation of internal controls through audits and regular reporting. c. Identify statutory and regulatory compliances applicable for the workshop and apply in time for the necessary approvals and renewals d.
