Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and manage the EHS organization across India for Project Entity business, aligned with corporate strategy and global EHS programs. Ensure implementation and continual improvement of a certifiable EHS Management System in line with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and internal requirements. Design, drive, and implement the regional EHS roadmap based on the global EHS framework. Provide strategic and technical leadership in all aspects of EHS, supporting senior stakeholders with expert advice on risk, compliance, and performance. What You Bring – experience and competence 15–18 years of professional EHS experience in the construction and energy infrastructure sectors with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Proven experience leading EHS teams, particularly in mega independent or JV/Consortia projects, and matrix organizations. Expertise in EHS legislation, safety by design, and risk-based approaches for large-scale and complex projects. Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and 9001; Lead Auditor certification highly desirable. Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders, build sustainable partnerships, and drive cultural and behavioral safety improvements. Hands-on experience managing and improving management systems, compliance assurance, incident investigations, and EHS metrics (KPI development, leading and lagging indicators).
