Responsible for implementing and monitoring project safety plans in compliance with nuclear safety regulations and underground construction standards. Ensures site safety through risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and compliance with statutory and client requirements. Conducts safety inspections, audits, and drills for confined space, excavation, and blasting works. Monitors radiation, fire, and gas hazards; ensures use of PPE and adherence to work permits. Provides safety training, incident investigation, and reporting, and coordinates with QA/QC and construction teams to maintain a zero-incident work culture.
