Job Description

Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering or 5 years experience with a Diploma in Civil Engineering, with mandatory exposure to railway projects
Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures in compliance with high-speed rail safety standards and statutory regulations.
Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, ensure use of PPE, and enforce safe working practices in high-risk construction zones.
Provide safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training to workers and contractors on safe work methods.
Investigate incidents/near misses, prepare reports, recommend corrective actions, and track their closure.
Maintain safety documentation, permits, checklists, and coordinate with construction teams to ensure a zero-incident work environment.
