Candor Textile is fast-growing Technical Textile Company with a progressive turnover of ₹100+ Crores, operating through three verticals — Fabric, Sewing, and Art Material — situated in Khandwa Road, Outskirts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. CEO/COO

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and analyze

  production and operational data

  to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Drive

  productivity enhancement and cost-saving initiatives

  under CEO/COO guidance with defined performance outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain

  MIS dashboards, Power BI reports, and management presentations

  with accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct

  time–motion studies, process mapping, and performance benchmarking

  to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure

  cross-functional coordination

  for action closure on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Support

  digitalization of productivity data

  and develop automated performance tracking dashboards.
• Monitor

  KPI trends

  (OEE, productivity, utilization, rejection, downtime, and cost per unit) across Fabric, Sewing, and Art Material divisions.
• Track and report

  project progress, variance, and impact metrics

  to management on a periodic basis.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.E./ B.Tech. in Industrial Engineering from College of Repute.
• 8-10 years experience in Industrial Engineering process analysis, or manufacturing data analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel/Power BI and analytical report preparation.
• Self-driven, analytical, and eager to learn under close CEO/COO mentorship.
