" Job Description & Summary: PwC has a dedicated practice (DDV – Delivering Deal Value) which primarily focusses 1. Private Equity Funds – services include: Industry / market assessment Outside-in / limited commercial due diligence Full scope commercial due diligence including value upside identification 2.
