Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for postmerger integration. Private Equity Funds services include Industry / market assessment Outsidein / limited commercial due diligence Full scope commercial due diligence including value upside identification 2.
