You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle HCM applications. " Responsibilities Responsibilities: Participate in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, and others. Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client requirements. Develop and customize reports using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools. Create and modify HCM extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader) scripts, and other data integration processes. Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions. Mandatory skill sets Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions. Modules: Absence, Time and Labour, Payroll, workforce planning, HR helpdesk, Oracle digital assistants, Oracle guided learning Preferred skill sets Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud applications. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of the HCM system.
