Key Responsibilities: - Establish, execute, and oversee program governance, including stakeholder management, communication, change management, and scope management. Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and outcomes. - Develop and manage budgets for programs, ensuring financial accountability and optimal resource allocation. - Coordinate activities across different projects to ensure effective teamwork. - Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction for beneficial outcomes. - Identify process optimization opportunities and incorporate best practices for continuous improvement. - Establish and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders for the program. - Demonstrate exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage diverse teams and projects effectively. - Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
