Job Description AutonomIQ (a sauce labs company) is a cloud platform that enables product and IT teams to autonomously test, release, and deploy software, thereby increasing the velocity of software releases without compromising quality. With pre-built integrations to common web applications and SaaS providers, customers can instantly create test cases, generate test scripts and test data, and execute tests. Using deep-learning and AI algorithms, AutonomIQ detects changes, enables self-healing for test assets, and provides advanced diagnostics. In real-world situations, AutonomIQ has been shown to provide over ~50% improvement in speed and quality compared to existing tools and techniques. Job Responsibilities: - Own, lead, and manage all ongoing implementations and POCs from concept through implementation & release. - Understand technical aspects of the product and demo to potential customers. - Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers. - Develop Customer Success assets and methods, and work with the Key Account Managers from Sales to create new or refine existing onboarding materials. - Lead mining and client relationship geographically dispersed to deliver technology projects on time. - Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence. Must Have: - 10+ years of technology project management experience, with a preference for candidates that have worked in customer-facing roles (consulting, implementation, account management, etc.). - Ability to create project plans, communication plans, SOWs, and all standard project documentation. - Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Any software development experience would be a plus. - Programming / Scripting experience in Python or Java, one of the languages is preferable. - Candidates with onsite implementation experience preferred. - Other key competencies will include MS Projects, Project planning, Risk Management, Negotiation & Decision making, Teamwork, Planning & Conflict Management, Adaptability, and Communication skills. - Extremely strong communication and presentation skills. - PMP or similar certifications are advantageous.
