Job Title: Implementation Head – East & South

Location: Flexible within East & South India

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven and technically sound Implementation Head – East &

South to lead our ERP and CRM software deployments across key states in the region. This

is a leadership role requiring strong project execution capabilities and prior experience in

leading cross-functional implementation teams. The role demands a hands-on leader

who can manage multiple clients, ensure timely delivery, and drive team performance.

Geographical Responsibility:

You will be responsible for implementation operations across the following states:

West Bengal, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage end-to-end ERP and CRM implementation projects across the

assigned regions.

 Supervise and mentor a team of implementation specialists, ensuring high-quality

delivery and adherence to timelines.

 Liaise with internal stakeholders including Sales, Pre-Sales, Development, and

Customer Support for project coordination.

 Conduct requirement gathering sessions, gap analysis, and solution design in

collaboration with clients.

 Drive regular team reviews, set performance benchmarks, and build implementation

best practices.

 Oversee project documentation, user training, UAT, and successful Go-Live support.

 Act as the technical escalation point and ensure quick resolution of issues during

project execution.

 Monitor regional project health and contribute to strategic planning and resource

allocation.

 Travel to client locations within East & South India as required for key project

milestones and stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a

related discipline.

 Minimum 4–5 years of experience in ERP/CRM software implementation, with at

least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial capacity.

 Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand system architecture,

integrations, APIs, and deployment methods.

 Proven ability to manage and lead implementation teams, resolve conflicts, and

ensure delivery excellence.

 Excellent client-facing communication, analytical, and stakeholder management

skills.

 Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and

structured execution.

Preferred:

 Experience with popular ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, StrategicERP,

Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, etc.)

 Knowledge of SaaS deployment models, third-party tool integrations (WhatsApp,

Email API, Payment Gateway, etc.)

 Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, Prince2) are an added advantage

 Fluency in English and any local South/East Indian language(s) is a plus
