You will be responsible for implementing HRMS software solutions and ensuring their successful integration with client systems. Your key duties will include conducting thorough requirement gathering sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams on project implementation, and providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of the HRMS system. You will also be tasked with performing gap analysis, creating statistical reporting procedures, and fostering strong client relationships.
