Job Description

As an Implementation Executive at our organization, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment and usage of our software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Being willing and able to travel to client locations based on their requirements. - Demonstrating a quick understanding of the technical specifications of our products. - Installing software at client sites as per the agreed schedule. - Educating and guiding end users on the effective usage of our products and providing technical troubleshooting assistance. - Maintaining effective communication with clients and the head office on a regular basis. - Generating daily MIS reports to track and report on work done, and submitting them to the reporting authority or head office. You should possess good communication skills and be fluent in both English and Hindi.
