ABOUT THE JOB ROLE:

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for designing engaging conversational experiences? ORAI Robotics Pvt Limited is seeking a Conversational Designer to join our innovative team. As a Conversational Designer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality designs and visual content within the chatbot context, covering a diverse range of static and dynamic touchpoints. Your primary focus will be on designing and developing automations that prioritize end-user experience while seamlessly integrating chatbot solutions across multiple platforms. You’ll be expected to respond in lightning-fast time in the Unifize application to any questions or queries, especially in the first crucial days after we onboard a new customer.

Experience Required: 0-1 Years

Work mode: Work from Office.

Location: Indore, MP, India (Onsite)

Notice Period: Immediate joiners -15 days.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in technical.

2. Proven track record of innovation and ideation, with the ability to conceptualize and propose novel approaches to chatbot design and functionality.

3. Ability to prototype and iterate on chatbot designs rapidly, incorporating feedback and insights from research findings.

4. Excellent documentation and presentation skills to communicate research findings, design proposals, and recommendations effectively.

5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude towards learning and professional development.

7. Basic coding skills are a plus. - Java Script /J Query /CSS/ HTML basics

8. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and debug chatbot functionalities.

9. Prior experience with chatbot deployment on platforms such as WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Messenger, or chatbot designing is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.

· Design conversational flows and user interactions for AI chatbots using industry best practices and design principles.

· Design and develop automations that enhance the user experience and streamline processes.

· Create conversational scripts, responses, and prompts that align with the brand voice and tone.

· Utilize natural language processing (NLP) techniques to improve chatbot understanding and accuracy.

· Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine chatbot designs.

· Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI chatbot technology.

· Assist in the integration and deployment of chatbot solutions across various platforms and channels.
