Job Description

As an Implementation Consultant at ZingHR in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with clients to comprehend their business requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful deployment. Your role will entail the implementation and optimization of processes, systems, and tools to drive customer satisfaction and facilitate seamless HR digital transformation. Your key responsibilities will include understanding clients" HR processes, aligning them with the ZingHR platform, recommending industry best practices, and implementing product solutions to meet clients" needs. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enabling a smooth digital transformation journey for clients. In terms of Requirement Analysis & Solutioning, you will be expected to grasp client requirements, HR processes, and pain points, and translate them into solutions within the ZingHR modules. During Implementation & Deployment, you will lead the implementation process from project initiation to go-live, configure workflows, approvals, and system parameters based on client specifications, conduct thorough testing (UAT), and ensure a seamless deployment process. Moreover, your role will involve Stakeholder & Project Management, where you will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and leadership teams of client organizations, ensure timely project delivery, address implementation challenges, and manage multiple enterprise-level clients simultaneously. It is important to note that occasional travel to client sites may be required as part of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess 2-4 years of experience in implementing Performance Management, Employee Life Cycle, and Recruitment solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential. Additionally, having project management experience would be advantageous. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
