Job Description

As an Implementation Consultant at our company, you will be a subject matter expert in the respective functional area. Your role will involve overseeing the benefit implementation process, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations to ensure an exceptional client experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the benefit implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our services - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing expert guidance on system configuration and best practices - Act as a subject matter expert, staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, workflows, processes, complex client situations, and benefit regulations - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in benefit implementations - Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure consistency and alignment in implementation practices across the organization - Attend webinars, seminars, and other trainings **Qualifications Required:** - High School/GED or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education required - At least 3 years of related work experience - Proficiency in HR software and tools, specifically PrismHR - Strong understanding of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related programs - Proven experience in benefit implementation, benefit administration, or a related field - Proven track record of managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines - Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations pertaining to benefit administration - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) The company is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a workplace where individuals are valued for their talents and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
