Role Description This is a full-time work-from-office role as an Implementation Consultant at ZingHR in Mumbai. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure solutions, and ensure successful deployment. The role involves implementing and optimizing processes, systems, and tools. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include understanding clients' HR processes, mapping them into the platform, suggesting best industry practices, and product solutions to implement clients' processes. This role is crucial in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless HR digital transformation. • Requirement Analysis & Solutioning: o Understand client requirements, HR processes, and pain points. o Map requirements to ZingHR modules and configure solutions accordingly. • Implementation & Deployment: o Lead the implementation lifecycle from project kickoff to go-live. o Configure workflows, approvals, and system parameters based on client needs. o Conduct rigorous testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment. • Stakeholder & Project Management: o Work closely with HR, IT, and leadership teams of client organizations. o Ensure timely project delivery and resolve implementation challenges. o Manage multiple enterprise-level clients simultaneously. Note: The role would involve travelling to client sites as and when required. Qualifications 2-4 years of implementation experience in Performance Management, Employee Life Cycle, and Recruitment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Project management experience (desirable) Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Why Join ZingHR?
