Role Description

Immigration Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the immigration sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and immigration market trends.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and compliance guidelines in all sales and client handling processes.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
  • Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, visa regulations, and policy updates in target countries.


Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in immigration or overseas education sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of global immigration programs (e.g., PR, Work Visa, Study Visa, Skilled Migration).
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, team management, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Skills:

  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
  • Prior experience with CRM software.
