We are growing and looking for a driven Immigration Sales Manager / Team Lead to lead a team, close sales, and help clients achieve their global goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of immigration consultants
• Handle inbound leads only – no cold calling
• Counsel clients on PR, Work, and Study Abroad visas
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Guide and train junior team members to improve performance
• Coordinate with senior management and marketing teams

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in Immigration, Overseas Education, or B2C/B2B sales
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales
• Prior team leadership / supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
• Client-first, ethical approach with a focus on long-term relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
