Recruiter Non-IT (BFSI & NBFC Domain)

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial services hiring and the ability to deliver quality candidates within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, references, and social media.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI & NBFC clients.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate engagement throughout the process.
  • Work closely with team leads and clients to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
  • Maintain daily trackers and ensure timely submission of profiles.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent sourcing and screening skills on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI / NBFC roles (Sales, Credit, Operations, Collections, etc.)
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Languages Proficiency:

Hindi, Kannada, Telugu & Malayalam.

Qualification:

  • Any Graduate
  • Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment (preferably BFSI/NBFC domain).
