Specialist to manage and grow client relationships, drive business

development, and maximise revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-

selling strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong relationship management and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular onsite visits to maintain close engagement with clients and address their evolving needs.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Neysa.ai’s solutions to existing clients, driving revenue growth.
• Develop a deep understanding of client requirements, industry trends, and market demands to tailor solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Generate and maintain sales reports, account performance metrics, and pipeline forecasts.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding sales and account expansion targets.
• Stay updated on competitors and industry developments to strategize effectively.
• Qualifications & Skills:
• 6 to 7 years of experience in field sales, account management, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in farming (client relationship management) and nurturing accounts.
• Proven ability to upsell, cross-sell, and maximize revenue from existing accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to client engagement.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in AI, SaaS, or technology-driven industries is a plus.
