Purpose
We’re excited to share that we’re recruiting for an Identity, Domain & Privileged Access Management Specialist. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters.Join a team of world-class experts and dynamic go-getters in a full-time, remote role based in Colombia, India or Malaysia.This position requires flexibility to work during APAC/EMEA business hours, offering a great opportunity to collaborate across global teams.We are seeking a versatile and experienced specialist to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role is critical for supporting and enhancing our enterprise identity, domain, Exchange Online, and privileged access management capabilities across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Active Directory, Exchange Online, Azure/Entra ID, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools such as Delinea Secret Server and CyberArk.
Responsibilities
- Domain Administration
- Administer and support Active Directory and related directory services (LDAP).
- Perform user and group management, directory synchronization, and group policy management.
- Manage access control and ensure secure configuration of domain resources.
- Exchange Online Administration
- Administer and support Exchange Online environments.
- Manage mailboxes, distribution groups, and permissions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Exchange Online issues.
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Manage and maintain PAM systems and tools (e.g., Delinea Secret Server, CyberArk).
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures related to privileged access
- Monitor and audit privileged access activities to ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of privileged accounts to identify and mitigate risks.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures related to identity, access, and privileged accounts.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to design and implement identity management and access control solutions.
- Perform access reviews across hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
- Develop and maintain documentation for IAM and PAM processes and procedures.
- General
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for identity, domain, Exchange Online, and PAM-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in IAM, PAM, domain, and cloud security.
What You Will Bring
Technical and Industry Experience:
- Relevant years of experience in Active Directory, Exchange Online, Azure/Entra ID administration, and security/access control.
- Strong knowledge of PAM tools and technologies (e.g., Delinea Secret Server, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic).
- Experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), identity federation, and SSO/MFA solutions.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts and frameworks (e.g., RBAC, ABAC, Zero Trust).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Required
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
