Immediate to 60 DaysA leading IT services organization is on the lookout for a highly experienced Hybrid Cloud Engineer to accelerate its enterprise cloud transformation initiatives. This strategic and hands-on role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in both cloud and on-premise infrastructure, hybrid environments, and large-scale data center migrations.Were looking for a technologist who thrives in complex environments and has a strong command of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI), automation tools, and data center operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy secure, resilient hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-prem systems with public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud.
Set up robust hybrid connectivity using services such as Azure ExpressRoute, AWS Direct Connect, and site to-site VPNs.
Manage traditional data center infrastructureservers, SAN/NAS storage, hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V), and core networking equipment.
Lead structured data center-to-cloud migration efforts using tools like Azure Migrate, AWS MGN, CloudEndure, and Velostrata.
Automate provisioning, patching, and configuration workflows with Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, or Bash; champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
Implement observability frameworks using Zabbix, Prometheus, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor for performance monitoring and alerting.
Enforce security best practices including IAM, firewall policies, and encryption, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA.
Collaborate with DevOps, security, and engineering teams, while maintaining comprehensive documentation (architectures, runbooks, DR plans).

Required Experience & Skills

8+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, including both on-premise and public cloud platforms.
At least 3 years in designing or managing hybrid environments and cloud migration projects.
Deep technical expertise in VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, SAN/NAS systems, and enterprise networking (BGP/MPLS).
Strong experience across at least one major cloud provider : AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
Proficiency in scripting and automation with Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
Hands-on knowledge of hybrid identity, networking, storage, and monitoring solutions.

Preferred Certifications

Any of the following Cloud Certifications :

AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional
Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect (Nice to Have) :
VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
Microsoft Certified : Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
