Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate commissioning, and functional testing of HVAC and air systems
• Ensure HVAC equipment and ductwork installations are complete and ready for commissioning
• Coordinate closely with MEP engineers, electrical foremen, contractors, vendors, and QA/QC teams
• Execute and witness functional performance tests, airflow verification, and balancing activities
• Monitor and ensure temperature, humidity, and airflow meet data center specifications
• Identify, track, and close HVAC commissioning punch points
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, commissioning procedures, and safety regulations
• Maintain commissioning checklists, test reports, and handover documentation
• Support final system handover to operations and facilities management teams

HVAC / Air Systems Scope

• AHUs (Air Handling Units)
• CRAC / CRAH units for IT spaces
• Chillers, cooling towers, and chilled water pumps
• Ductwork, VAV boxes, diffusers, and dampers
• Controls and BMS integration for air systems
• Airflow monitoring and balancing
• Redundancy verification (N+1, 2N)

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP commissioning, preferably in a Foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing networks, and associated controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and commissioning documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Relevant trade certification or technical engineering qualification preferred.
• Knowledge of commissioning software, tools, and reporting platforms is a plus.
