Key Responsibilities:

Designation-HVAC Foreman

Location-Abu Dhabi

• Supervise daily activities of HVAC technicians and helpers for installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, package units, ventilation fans, and ducting.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, schematics, and manufacturer manuals to plan and execute work effectively.
• Allocate tasks to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, tools, and materials.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment, ensuring correct alignment, levelling, and secure installation as per specifications.
• Monitor maintenance activities including inspection, troubleshooting, filter replacement, refrigerant charging, leak testing, and component replacement.
• Ensure proper installation and insulation of ductwork, piping, and supports as per design standards.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality of work, adherence to standards, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and civil teams to ensure interface works are completed smoothly.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings, enforcing proper use of PPE and adherence to site safety protocols.
• Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment faults to supervisors immediately.
• Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material requests as required.
• Guide, mentor, and train HVAC technicians to enhance technical skills and safety awareness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
