About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist with a strong focus on US-based recruitment and a foundational understanding of US payroll processes. This individual will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the US while also supporting basic payroll coordination and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based roles: sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate the hiring pipeline Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and role requirements Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Provide basic support in payroll-related activities (e.g., time tracking, coordination with payroll providers, compliance documentation) Stay updated on US labor laws, recruitment trends, and payroll best practices
