Role Overview: As an HR Executive, your primary responsibility will be recruiting quality individuals as per the company's requirements and managing their HR profiles. You will play a crucial role in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and managing the HR functions to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, you will be in charge of conducting discipline checks regularly to maintain a harmonious work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, select, orient, train, and assist in building a capable and effective team of up to 60 members. - Provide ongoing guidance and moral support to enhance job performance. - Monitor and appraise the performance of team members regularly. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 to 7 years of experience in the HR field. - Fluency in English is mandatory at a professional level.
