AI + UI Specialist (Figma + React + RAG)

We're building an in-house Tech Infrastructure for our fast-scaling travel business Tick Your Tour (2000+ customers/month). You'll be the core developer handling backend + frontend to build real operational tools used by our sales & service team.
React.js, Redux/Context API, TypeScript
Figma, Webflow, Blender (or equivalent)
Python, FastAPI, LangChain or LlamaIndex
Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone)
? Responsibilities:
? Build and design complex React UIs (including modern 3D or interactive elements)
? Design responsive prototypes in Figma and convert to production UI
? Develop and integrate backend services using Node.js and FastAPI
? Build RAG pipelines using LangChain, FAISS/Pinecone, and LLM APIs
After each module is implemented, you'll receive real usage feedback from our team. Based on that, iterations and upgrades will be required to fine-tune the system to better suit team needs.
? Comfortable owning a complete product module end-to-end
? Ability to work closely with the founder and adapt to evolving use cases
? Strong problem-solving & fast execution mindset
