Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Chennai. The Human Resources Specialist will manage a variety of HR functions including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, personnel management, and overall HR management. The specialist will also handle day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is a plus
