Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) and make sure the brand always looks its best.

Deliver weekly/monthly reports that not only inform but actually make sense (and don’t bore).

Work closely with creative and internal teams to keep projects smooth, on time, and on point.

Communicate with clients regularly to update, listen, and translate their needs into action.

Suggest strategies that align with client goals and fuel brand growth.

Present creative ideas, get approvals, and set the course for action.

Share timely feedback with teams so every concept, design, and campaign levels up.

Research platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and news sites daily to keep the team in sync with trends.

Create clear, engaging presentations that don’t send people to sleep.

Have a strong command of English (spoken & written) to get ideas across with clarity and flair.

Be ready to handle pressure — tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and sudden client requests come with the territory, but you’ll know how to keep calm and carry on (maybe with coffee).
