Role Description

The Head of Design will oversee the design direction and management of design projects at The Pixelate. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. Day-to-day tasks include leading the design team, developing visual and product design strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with other departments to meet project goals. The Head of Design will also be responsible for managing design processes, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in Design Management and Branding
• Strong skills in Visual Design and Product Design
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is a plus
