With over 12 years of experience in the industry, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the brand's design philosophy across apparel and home categories. Your key responsibilities will include conducting market and trend analysis to develop innovative collections, overseeing the end-to-end design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying the right vendors and materials, and ensuring a consumer-centric approach in all design decisions. Moreover, you will be expected to uphold sustainability and compliance standards by meeting safety and ethical requirements while being environmentally responsible. The ideal candidate for this role will possess over 12 years of experience in apparel and home design, particularly in luxury or export retail brands for the baby/kids category. A strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and production techniques is essential, along with the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and comfort. Experience in team management and mentoring is also required, along with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
