Head of Design
a visionary design leader who combines creative brilliance with strategic clarity and execution muscle. Someone who thrives in ambiguity, scales design systems, and builds world-class experiences that define Spyne s global visual and product identity. If you re a
self-starter, mentor, and design evangelist
who s built from zero to one and then scaled to ten, this role is for you.

from product and UX to brand and storytelling. - Build and mentor a team of
high-performing designers
who create meaningful impact across global products. - Partner directly with founders, product, and AI teams to
craft delightful, intuitive, and scalable user experiences

looks like and make Spyne synonymous with it.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and drive the design vision
across product, brand, and user experience ensuring consistency and excellence at every touchpoint. -
Lead and mentor
a team of product, visual, and UX designers, creating an environment that inspires creativity and accountability. -
Collaborate cross-functionally
with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver experiences that merge intelligence with usability. -
Establish a strong design culture
rooted in empathy, experimentation, and craftsmanship. -
Build and scale a design system
that accelerates velocity while maintaining a high bar of quality. -
Champion user-centric thinking
, using research, feedback, and data to guide design decisions. - Represent Spyne s design vision externally across partners, clients, and the design community.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

6 8 years of experience
in Product/UX Design, with at least 2 3 years leading design teams. - Experience working in
high-growth startups or SaaS/AI-first companies

A builder mindset
you thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth startup and know how to scale creative teams and systems. - A strong portfolio showcasing
end-to-end product design
, brand identity, and user-centered innovation. - Proficiency in
Figma, Adobe Suite, and modern prototyping tools
. - A strategic thinker who can balance creative exploration with business goals.
- Experience working with AI-driven or data-informed design workflows (preferred).
- A passion for solving complex problems through simple, elegant design.
