This role involves shaping design strategies, building brand identities, and overseeing the full lifecycle of design projects—from concept to execution. Key responsibilities include:⁠ ⁠Developing and implementing a cohesive design vision that aligns with client goals and the studio’s brand ethos.⁠ ⁠Creating high-quality visual content, including graphics, logos, branding systems, and typography.⁠ ⁠Leading visual communication projects that can effectively transform and elevate existing brands.⁠ ⁠Conducting brand research and strategy development to guide creative decisions.⁠ ⁠Overseeing brand shoot implementations and ensuring a consistent design language across all assets.⁠ ⁠Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.⁠ ⁠Guiding and mentoring team members to overcome design challenges and make informed, data-driven creative decisions.What We ExpectWe seek a design leader who blends creativity with strategic thinking.
