Location:

WHAT YOU WILL DO?

• Define the design language

  for all Spyne products - from AI conversations to SaaS dashboards and 3D visual tools.

• Build and lead a world-class design org

  that moves fast, sweats the details, and scales with discipline.

• Create the Spyne Design System (SDS)

  - modular, adaptive, and built for multi-modal AI experiences.

• Shape human-AI interaction patterns -

  how our systems talk, respond, and inspire trust.

• Measure impact

  — tie design excellence to user adoption, engagement, and emotion.
• Partner directly with founders, product, and AI teams to

  craft delightful, intuitive, and scalable user experiences

• Define what

  looks like and make Spyne synonymous with it.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 6–8 years of experience

  in Product/UX Design, with at least 2–3 years leading design teams.
• Experience working in

  high-growth startups or SaaS/AI-first companies

  .

• A builder mindset —

  you thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth startup and know how to scale creative teams and systems.
• A strong portfolio showcasing

  end-to-end product design

  , brand identity, and user-centered innovation.
• Proficiency in

  Figma, Adobe Suite, and modern prototyping tools

  .
• A strategic thinker who can balance creative exploration with business goals.
• Experience working with AI-driven or data-informed design workflows (preferred).
• A passion for solving complex problems through simple, elegant design.
