Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure quality hires.

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities for the Gurgaon office.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth integration of employees into the organization.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources.
  • 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the PR / Media / Communications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
