Human Resources Specialist

Role Overview: Emergent, a fast-growing AI startup, is seeking a detail-oriented HR Ops Executive to play a key role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process and a great candidate experience. As an HR Ops Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with employee relations issues, generating reports, analyzing HR metrics, participating in HR projects, and staying current with HR trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems. - Assist with employee relations issues. - Generate reports and analyze HR metrics as needed. - Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and promote employee engagement. - Stay current with HR trends and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience with HRIS systems (KEKA experience is preferred). - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
