Human Resources Specialist

Job Title

Shift Timing:

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for night shift employees and supervisors
Manage employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and incident handling during night hours
Monitor attendance, manage leave requests, and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
Support night shift recruitment, including onboarding and initial training sessions
Maintain accurate HR documentation and generate shift-specific reports as required
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal HR processes

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum
3-5 years of HR experience
, preferably within 24/7 or night shift work environments
Strong knowledge of
Indian labor laws
, HR practices, and compliance standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment during off-hours
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information
