We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at Healthus.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
• Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws.
• Develop and execute training and development programs.
• Handle payroll processing and employee benefits administration.

• Manage performance reviews and appraisal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2

  years of HR experience

  in a digital agency, healthcare, or IT industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
