Executive – Strategic HR

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support the

  Performance Management System (PMS)

  across departments.
• Drive

  employee engagement initiatives

  to enhance morale and retention.
• Manage

  talent development and succession planning

  frameworks.
• Work closely with department heads to support manpower planning and organizational development.
• Coordinate and maintain

  HR MIS reports

  and dashboards for timely decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and statutory requirements at the plant location.
• Contribute to a positive work culture by promoting HR best practices on the shop floor.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Hands-on experience in

  PMS, employee engagement, and talent management

  .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office tools

  and HR MIS reporting.
• Experience in a

  manufacturing plant environment

  is a must.
