We’re now looking to bring in an HR Manager to build and lead our HR function from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Build the HR department from scratch — systems, policies, and processes
• Handle end-to-end hiring across departments (field ops, marketing, admin, etc.)
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
• Drive performance reviews and annual appraisal cycles
• Implement and manage HRMS tools for smooth operations
• Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Partner with leadership on org structure and headcount planning
• Maintain updated HR documentation and ensure compliance

What You’ll Need

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-scaling environment
• Proven record of setting up HR functions from scratch
• Strong understanding of recruitment, compliance, and appraisal systems
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Hands-on with tools like Excel, Zoho People, or similar HRMS
