Additionally, you will be responsible for developing training programs, performance evaluation strategies, and handling grievance redressal to ensure a positive workplace culture. Working closely with the COO, you will contribute to strategic HR planning. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. - Develop training programs and performance evaluation strategies. - Handle grievance redressal and ensure a positive workplace culture. - Work closely with the COO on strategic HR planning. **Qualifications Required:** - Post MBA (HR preferred) with 1-3 years of HR experience. - Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance. - Excellent communication skills in English & Telugu. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Proactive, organized, and a problem-solver.
