Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities 1. Zoho People Plus Management Configure and maintain Zoho People Plus for India & global employees. Automate payroll, timesheet, leave, and performance management. Generate reports on employee data, payroll, and compliance. 2. Payroll & Compliance Process monthly payroll (salaries, bonuses, reimbursements) in compliance with Indian tax laws (TDS, PF, ESI, PT). File statutory returns (Form 24Q, EPF, ESI, Professional Tax). Ensure adherence to Nigeria labor laws for cross-border employees (if applicable). 3. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage hiring for Indian roles (posting jobs, screening, interviews). Conduct background checks & documentation (offer letters, contracts). Oversee smooth onboarding (IT setup, induction, training). 4. Employee Engagement & Policies Implement HR policies aligned with Indian and global standards. Resolve employee queries on payroll, benefits, and grievances. Organize engagement initiatives (reviews, surveys, team-building). Skills & Qualifications Must-Have ✅ 3–5 years of HR experience (preferably in fintech/IT). ✅ Hands-on expertise in Zoho People Plus & Zoho Payroll. ✅ Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, TDS, PF, ESI, and payroll compliance. ✅ Experience managing cross-border HR operations (Nigeria/global is a plus). ✅ Excellent communication (English + Bengali/Hindi preferred). Good-to-Have ✔ Familiarity with global employment laws (Nigeria, UAE, etc.). ✔ Certification in HR management or Zoho People. ✔ Experience in remote team management. Why Join Belema Fintech?
