Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist located in Raipur. The HR Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, sourcing and hiring candidates, communicating with potential hires, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves conducting interviews, executing employer branding strategies, and collaborating with departmental managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in Hiring processes and Candidate Sourcing
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the education or training industry is a plus
