Requirements

·      Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.

Non-IT Sales hiring

·      Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

·      Proactive and target-oriented approach.
